Radiator cabinet product details

Jali radiator cabinets are made in MDF and are supplied in kit form together with all required fixings so that they're easy to assemble. They're all made to order, so all you have to do is measure your radiator and let the Jali Designer do the rest!

Radiator cabinet kits are made from MDF, which won't warp with the heat of the radiator. The picture here shows the components of a typical cabinet: everything is designed to fit together quickly and easily so that all you'll need to do is to glue the unit together (with ordinary PVA wood glue) and paint it! Full assembly instructions are supplied with the cabinet.

Installing the unit

The side panels have cutaways to fit over the skirting board in your room, and the side skirting boards on the cabinet can be cut precisely to fit with a jigsaw. The long back rail underneath the top board can be used to fix the unit to the wall and, once assembled, the front panel of the cabinet hinges outwards for easy access to the radiator valves.
