Cupboard and shelving in an alcove

Here, a cupboard and a bookcase have been combined into a unit to fit in the alcove beside a fireplace. In the Jali Designer, the alcove option was chosen so that the unit could be fitted exactly between the two walls. When using this option the sides of the units can be inset further than normal to cope with uneven walls or particularly thick skirting boards.

Dear Mark,
We just had to write and tell you how delighted we are with our cupboard bookcase. All the measurements worked out exactly and it was easy for us to put it together and install it. Your help on the measuring was invaluable and we took your advice on the painting of it and it really looks like a piece of beautiful painted furniture.
